My name is Heather Wagoner.  I am currently from Christian County. Besides being a teacher, I am also a farmer, ranging from row crop to cattle, and I have identical twin boys, who attend HCCHS. I am very excited to be apart of the James Madison Middle School team! I am one of the special education teachers here at JMMS. I am very excited to introduce students to The Shadow Children Series in Reading.   I am looking forward to having a positive and productive year.

    August "Auggie" Pullman is a 10-year-old living in the fictional neighborhood of North River Heights in upper Manhattan. He has a rare medical facial deformity, which he refers to as "mandibulofacial dysostosis", more commonly known as Treacher Collins syndrome and a cleft palate

    Wonder is a children's novel by Raquel Jaramillo, under the pen name of R. J. Palacio, published on February 14, 2012. Palacio wrote Wonder after an incident where she and her three-year-old son were waiting in line to buy ice cream.
