Travel Tracker, an automated, web-based system, is being used to process field trips, athletic trips and staff vehicles.
The link below will allow employees to set up an account by entering a complete e-mail address and a password. Once the account has been requested, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to verify correct e-mail address and give full access to the site. If you have questions about entering a trip request, please contact Transportation Department staff.
The system will eliminate the paper process for trip approval; provide estimated costs during the approval process; allow teachers to print permission slips and directions, and see if the trip has been approved; notify Child Nutrition if students will be out during lunch; and notify the bookkeeper if payments are needed. There will also be a district-wide calendar providing information about scheduled trips
