75 STEPS
1 The first step is to open Hopkins County Schools Homepage and click Online Registration
2 Scroll down and click Infinite Campus Parent Portal
3 Enter your Parent Portal Username and Password
4 Click More
5 Click Online Registration
6 Click Click here to go to Existing Student Registration if your student is a current Hopkins County Student. Click Click here to go to New Student Registration if your student is new to Hopkins County.
7 Select the student or students that you wish to register for the 2020-2021 school year.
8 Click Begin Registration
9 Add your first and last name to the box
10 Click Submit
11 Click Begin
12 Check to make sure your phone number is correct. Add the contact preferences so you will receive phone calls and or text messages based on certain circumstances.
13 Click Next
14 Check to make sure your address is correct. If it is not, click the box below so you can update it. You are required to provide proof of residence if you have moved or you are new to the district in order for your student to officially be enrolled.
15 Enter the number of people in your household and answer the question about family size.
16 Click the blue Household and Income Form link to complete the HIF form. Save the form and upload it by click the blue Upload bubble.
17 Click Next
18 Add a mailing address if you have one. If not, put a checkbox in the box and click Save/Continue
19 Edit/Review each Parent/Guardian's information by clicking the Edit/Review box.
20 Check to make sure the demographic information and address are correct. Click Next
21 Check to make sure the phone number and email address are correct. Make sure the parent/guardian is receiving the appropriate messages from the school/district by voice, text, and email.
22 Click Next
23 Select Yes or No.
24 Click Next
25 Select Yes or No
26 Click Save/Continue
27 EditReview the Information for any other guardian listed.
28 Click Next
29 Check to make sure the contact information is correct.
30 Click Next

35 Scroll up and click Save/Continue
36 Review the contact information for each Emergency Contact to make sure the information is up-to-date. Make any necessary changes by clicking Edit/Review
37 Now it's time to register the student. Click Edit/Review for the student you wish to register first.
38 Check all of the student's demographic information. Upload birth certificates, legal documents, or social security cards if needed.
39 Scroll down and click Next
40 Scroll up and click Next
41 Select the mode of transportation to and from school and answer the questions. If your student will be participating in the Remote Learning Program, please select "Other" as your choice.
42 Be sure to list the pick-up/drop-off address if these are different from your regular address. Please note that this is subject to approval from the transportation department. Typically students are only transported to/from their home address.
43 Click Next
44 It is very important to let us know what your plans are for the beginning of school. Will your student return to the building or participate in the Remote Learning Program?
45 Click Next
46 If the student is currently experiencing homelessness, please complete the residency questionnaire and upload it.
47 Click Next
48 Answer the Home Language Questions
49 Click Next
50 Select the "relationship" for each parent/guardian listed and set up the contact sequence for each person. Click Next.
51 Select the relationship for each of the emergency contacts and determine the contact sequence for each person. Click Next.
52 Enter information for the Primary Care Provider
53 Click Next
54 If your student has a diagnosed medical or mental health condition, add it here. You will need to provide documentation for the school nurse.
55 Scroll down and click Condition*
56 Click Next
57 After all medical/mental health conditions have been added, click Next.
58 Scroll down and click Add Medication to add any prescription medications your child takes at school.
59 You may also upload immunization forms, eye exams, dental exams, or physical exams if required then click Next.
60 Answer all of the Release Agreement questions.
61 Click Code of Conduct to view a copy of the 2020-2021 Code of Conduct.
62 Click stating you agree to the technology acceptable use policy; that you agree to take your student's temp before they load a bus; and you/your student have read and received the Code of Conduct.
63 Sign in the box to provide an electronic signature.
64 Scroll down and click Release Agreement Forms link to complete the Publication Form and the Electronic Access/User Agreement form so you can upload them by selecting the blue bubbles.
65 Select the Publication Consent Form on the district website to complete the form, save it, and upload it into the online registration system.

67 Select the Electronic Access/User Agreement Form on the district website to complete the form, save it, and upload it into the online registration system.
68 Upload the Publication Consent Form
69 Upload the Electronic Access/User Agreement Form

72 Click Application Summary PDF to view a copy of the information you completed before you submit it.
