    The Family Resource Center was created to promote the flow of resources & support to families in ways to strengthen their functioning & enhance the growth & development of individual members & the family unit. We are always looking for better ways to serve families & suggestions are always welcome. We are funded through a grant from the Cabinet for Children and Family Services & the Hopkins County Board of Education. Financial gifts & other donations are welcome & are used in a community fund for families. Gifts are tax deductible.  

    Thanksgiving is on the way and we have a wonderful church that has decided to donate to 10 families from our school and make sure they have food for the Holiday. Let's give a shout out to St. Mary's Episcopal Church for supporting the Family Resource Center.
     
    Christmas will be here before we know it and we want to be able to help as many of our families in need as possible, so we are starting to seek help in the community for Christmas assistance through our Adopt A Child program. We look forward to the donations and help we will receive so our students don't go without.  If you want to donate to our families in need by Monetary Donations, adopting a child, or bringing new toys by the office, please contact me, Tonja Simms FRC Coordinator here at the school!  270-825-6012
