    The Hopkins County Board of Education is accepting sealed bids for the purpose of purchasing three (3) cargo/transit work vans.  Sealed bids will be received by 8:00 AM CST on March 29, 2021, and delivered to:

    320 South Seminary Street
    Madisonville, KY 42431

    All sealed bid envelopes shall be clearly marked “BID #03292021ThreeVanBid” in the bottom left corner of the envelope.  No faxed or emailed bids will be accepted.  The bids will be opened and read aloud on March 29, 2021, at 8:30am CST.

    Bid documents and specifications will be available on March 15, 2021 on our website at www.hopkins.kyschools.us. If there are questions or information is requested, please call Drew Taylor, Chief Information Officer, at 270-825-6000.

    The Hopkins County Board of Education will not be held responsible for delays in delivery of bid proposals.  The Hopkins County Board of Education reserves the right to waive any information or reject any or all bids.

     

     
     
    Bid Opportunities for the 2020-2021 School Year

    The Hopkins County Board of Education is currently seeking bid proposals for the 2020-2021 school year for the following Agendas, Athletic Equipment and Supplies, Fire Alarms, Furnace Fuel/Diesel Heating Fuel, Gym Floor Finishing, LP Gas, Mop Services, Office Supplies and Equipment, Paint, Pest Control, School and Activity Pictures, Soft Drink Vending, Unleaded Gas and Diesel Fuel, WHS Wastewater, and Yearbooks. Bids will be opened at 12:00pm on Tuesday, May 5, 2020. The bid opening can be viewed virtually from the link: https://youtu.be/x3l1Jv8ykzU.
