Spectrum Internet Assist

The Spectrum Internet Assist program provides reliable, high-speed internet access at an affordable price. Households can receive discounted 30 Mbps high-speed internet, along with Security Suite and an internet modem, at no additional charge. Spectrum Internet Assist requires no contracts, and there are no data caps or hidden fees. Customers cannot have a past due balance and only future statements and payments will be impacted by the reduced price. Since the Hopkins County School district participates in the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) meal service option for all schools in the district, all Hopkins County households that have a student enrolled in a Hopkins County public school qualify for this program. If you’d like to apply for Spectrum Internet Assist, you can complete the online application form and attach all required or relevant documentation. If you’d rather submit your information by mail, please download and print the PDF version (English Espanol). You will also need to be able to verify that your student is enrolled in a Hopkins County public school during the application process. Complete this Google Form in order to receive a verification letter from Hopkins County Schools.
