Parents/Guardians should call the school their student attends for help with the Online Registration process. If you have already started the process, please make note of your four-digit application number prior to contacting the school.
New Address/School Zone
If you have moved or changed school zones, contact your school to request an update to your student’s census or enrollment information.
Visit the district website or contact the school your child will attend if you need information about the Online Registration process. Parents of new students are not eligible for a Portal Account until their student has an active enrollment in a Kentucky school.
Portal Accounts or Portal Password Issues
Parents/Guardians should visit the district website and complete the Portal Request form. They will receive an email when the account has been created or the password has been updated. This process can take at least 5 business days. Be sure to check your Junk folder!
