Scisney Appointed to Div. 5 Seat

Hopkins County Board of Education has appointed Kerri L. Scisney to fill the vacancy in the Division 5 seat. She is retired from Madisonville Fire Department, having served as a training officer and a firefighter. She earned an associate degree in applied science from Madisonville Community College and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Eastern Kentucky University.
