The community is invited to a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 4:30 p.m. Monday, May 18, 2026, at Hopkins County Board of Education, 2135 N. Main St., Madisonville. This ceremony will celebrate the opening of the district’s new Central Office. The ribbon cutting will be followed by an open house, including self-guided tours and light snacks. The event will continue until 5:30 p.m., when the Board of Education is scheduled to meet.
